Ecstatic Dance is a community driven dancing experience where communicty members gather to move without talking or judgement. Sound healers might play their bowls and gongs and electronic music will be playing over the sound system. Opening circle starts at 7pm to check in, stretch, play contact improv, then begin after reminding members of guidelines for Ecstatic Dance.
