Abigail has been teaching Hatha yoga for 11 years, originally training with Laura Tyree, Dragonfly Yoga out of Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 2014. Since moving to Tallahassee, she has been teaching Kids yoga at Lafayette Community Center, Joyful Beginnings Preschool, Unitarian Universalist Church of Tallahassee, and Centenary United Methodist in Quincy.
Abigail teaches Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Flow, and Kids yoga.
Off of the mat, you might not be able to find her for she is buzzing around with her two little girls, traveling, learning, and growing with them.

Warrior Yoga Instructor & Healing Arts Practitioner
Talik Ali
Talik Ali specializes in warrior yoga, combining ancient wisdom with modern healing practices for mental health recovery and spiritual transformation. With roots in Trinidad’s mystical Hindu community, his spiritual journey includes deep exploration of the Upanishads and Tantras, integrating kundalini, Kriya, and Vinyasa yoga practices.
Bringing 2.5 years of yoga instruction and 7.5 years of massage therapy experience (including Thai massage), Talik is also trained in pranic healing and Kemetic qi gong energy work.
Passionate about mental health recovery for warriors, Talik focuses on serving people of color through culturally conscious, inclusive healing environments.
He teaches both warrior and hermetic yoga while facilitating men’s groups for masculine healing and brotherhood.

Brooke Bowman
Brooke is a dedicated RYT-200 hr yoga teacher,
having completed her training through Embody Yoga YTT in 2022.
Brooke teaches Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Kundalini yoga, with an emphasis on the chakras and subtle body.
Her classes are thoughtfully crafted and often include aromatherapy, mantra, mudras, pranayama, healing frequencies and meditation-offering a rich, healing experience that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
When she's off the mat, you can catch her enjoying quality time with family and friends, creating art, diving into spiritual books, hiking in the forest, relaxing on a boat, soaking up the sun at the beach, writing poetry, or tending to her plants.
