mind over mat STAFF

Abigail has been teaching Hatha yoga for 12 years, originally training with Laura Tyree, Dragonfly Yoga out of Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 2014. Since moving to Tallahassee, she has been teaching Kids yoga at Lafayette Community Center, Joyful Beginnings Preschool, Unitarian Universalist Church of Tallahassee, and Centenary United Methodist in Quincy. 

Abigail teaches Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Flow, and Kids yoga.

Off of the mat, you might not be able to find her for she is buzzing around with her two little girls, traveling, learning, and growing with them.
