Supervised Open Mat. Bring our own rig or play with our silks and lyra. No instruction provided. For aerial, tighter fitting fitness attire is suggested, something that covers the backs of the knees and the torso. Proper attire helps avoid skin abrasions that could be caused by the fabrics. NO JEWELRY of any kind can be worn, it can damage the equipment. No lotion, perfumes, or heavy makeup should be worn. Students under 18 wanting to train must come with an 18+ adult to supervise them. Student can use yoga/grappling 5 and 10 class packs for this drop in or just drop in for $15
