Service Description

The word “Hatha” is a Sanskrit compound of two words: “ha,” meaning “sun,” and “tha,” meaning “moon.” The philosophy of hatha yoga is to be mindful of oneself and use that mindfulness to contribute to the harmony and well-being of others. Hatha yoga is a slower yoga with longer time spent in postures. This class is suitable for beginners. Ages 10 and up.
