Service Description

Leisa’s gentle flow class is the perfect compliment to your high intensity training. In her class you will deepen you knowledge of anatomy as we move through the body, gently resetting the mind/ body connection, through movement and stillness. Her class combines slow vinyasa flow with some longer restorative poses. Come restore your body and reset the nervous system in this all levels class.
